The LES COLLECTIFS association is a network of professional citizens created to transform companies from within, particularly through collectives of committed employees.

Together, we have brought together around a hundred collectives, already involving thousands of employees and carrying out hundreds of actions to develop projects and practices and strengthen mobilization around these ecological and social issues.

Our history

The association was created by 27 employee collectives, which existed prior to the association and had been formed independently of each other in 27 different organizations.

The collectives are groups of employees who take action to transform their organizations from within and align them with the challenges of ecological and social transition.

In April 2021, these 27 collectives signed an open letter in Les Echos, which served as the founding act of the association.

Our successes

 Our governance

Our association was founded by members of collectives and is still run today by volunteers, whom we call our core team. This team is mainly made up of current or former members of employee collectives.

Within the leadership team, we operate on a collegial basis: our “Collegial Council” acts as the executive committee. Our salaried team, presented below, coordinates the association's projects and the work of the volunteers.

Our animation team

The core team acts as a support structure for building the network's strategy, coordinating actions and communities, and liaising with partners.
