While all of the collectives that co-founded the association were created by employees, some collectives have become institutionalized over time, and we have also welcomed collectives created by management (provided they are independent and proactive).
This is why we regularly assist management teams who have questions about employee engagement, who are looking to develop their group of CSR representatives or ambassadors, or who are seeking to interact more effectively with their employee collective.
