Create a collective - Management journey

While all the collective that co-founded the association were created by employees, some groups have become institutionalized over time, and we have also welcomed groups created by management (provided they are autonomous and proactive).

That is why we regularly assist management teams that have questions about employee engagement, are looking to develop their group of CSR representatives or ambassadors, or are seeking to better engage with their employee groups.

Create a collective in organization

You don't have an established employee group, but you'd like to create a collective within your organization.

It's possible for management to initiate a collective; we're experienced in helping to establish the right framework and supporting a call for volunteers.

Facilitating a group of ambassadors

You already have a group of employees that you lead. These might be representatives or ambassadors.

We can help you determine whether this group is already a collective or help you transform it into one. We can then assist you with leading the group and implementing initiatives.

Work with an existing collective

There is already an autonomous group within your organization. As management, you want to interact more effectively with them.

We have some insights to share with you on the best ways to work together.

Volunteer

One final way to get involved—if you don’t want to or can’t do so through an organization—is to support our association directly.

Whether you have an hour a week to commit to a recurring role or a little time here and there to organize after-work events, we have opportunities to suit every interest and background.

Join our amazing team of about thirty volunteers, located throughout France.
