While all of the collectives that co-founded the association were created by employees, some collectives have become institutionalized over time, and we have also welcomed collectives created by management (provided they are independent and proactive).
This is why we regularly assist management teams who have questions about employee engagement, who are looking to develop their group of CSR representatives or ambassadors, or who are seeking to interact more effectively with their employee collective.

Il est possible d'impulser un collectif en tant que direction, nous avons l'habitude d'aider à poser le bon cadre et d'accompagner un appel à volontaire.

Animer un groupe de référent·es
Vous avez déjà un groupe de salarié·es que vous animez. Cela peut être des référents ou des ambassadeurs.
Nous pouvons vous aider à comprendre si ce groupe est déjà un collectif ou vous aider à le transformer en collectif. Nous pouvons ensuite vous aider avec l'animation et la mise en place d'action.

Nous organisons des rencontres locales entre membres de collectifs dans une dizaine de villes en France (Paris, Clermont-Ferrand, Lyon, Rennes, Lille, Grenoble, Toulouse, Nantes, Bordeaux).
En plus, pour inspirer et engager vos collègues et vos entreprises, nous organisons régulièrement des conférences en ligne, ouvertes à toutes et tous.
