Employee Engagement Award

The Employee Engagement Award, a joint initiative of the Les Collectifs association and the GoodPlanet Foundation, is an award that aims to value the actions of employees who are agents of change within their organizations.
At a time when it sometimes feels like environmental issues are receding, it is important to take a step back and recognize how far we have already come. The ceremony therefore aims to highlight the actions and projects promoting ecological and social transition carried out by employees who are working to steer their organizations towards more ecological, socially responsible, and fair models.
The award is aimed at individuals who have a significant impact at the company level, integrating issues of ecological transition, social justice, and solidarity, and who can inspire other organizations.
In addition to the award ceremony, the event will include a roundtable discussion on employee engagement and workshops.

Jury deliberation: awarding of scores and selection of winners.

How to apply for the Employee Engagement Award?
The following are eligible to apply for the Committed Employee Award:

employees of companies with more than 10 employees
-
collectives or working groups within a company working towards the ecological and solidarity-based transition of their organization
-
Collectives created within the framework of the Les Collectifs association
Candidates must:

be based in mainland France or overseas
-
have initiated an action that has enabled their company to have a significant impact on ecological and social transition issues and that can inspire other organizations.

present a specific, distinct, and clearly identified action
-
be able to justify the impact of the action
